Job Alert: Production manager
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the production process at our chrysanthemum greenhouse. From cutting to order fulfillment, you will ensure that daily operations run efficiently, quality standards are met, and employees receive optimal support in their work. Here are the tasks we’ll entrust to you:
- Leading and coaching the production team
- Developing and monitoring production schedules
- Ensuring the efficient allocation of personnel and resources
- Monitoring and improving production processes
- Ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
- Collaborating with departments such as cultivation, order processing, and sales
- Reporting results and KPIs to management

Job requirements:
- MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking
- Experience in a managerial role within production, logistics, or the agricultural sector is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
- You must have a valid driver’s license
